| Pastor Message | | Dear Sisters, and Brothers in Christ,
On behalf of the Parish Family of Our Lady of Mercy, Port Hope, I welcome the opportunity to write this message to all of you through the web page of our Parish. We are a Roman Catholic Community of believers in Jesus Christ, in the Diocese of Peterborough, Ontario, under the leadership of our Bishop the Most Reverend Nicola De Angelis. As your Friend, Chaplain, and Pastor, please know that all of you are most appreciated for your love for our parish and the Church Universal. It is my heartfelt desire to give to you the gift of my priesthood, by striving to be a good and holy priest for you and the Parish of Our Lady of Mercy, of which Christ Himself called me to pastor. I invite you to come celebrate with us the presence and action of Christ in our midst “The Eucharist” source and summit of all life. Please feel welcome at any of our masses. Please pray for me, my good Sisters and Brothers in Christ, and may our prayers be in union.
